After finally taking ownership of our villa in April 2007, we then knew in order for our villa remain in a prestige condition we had to ensure we chose the right management company. During these last 9 months or so whilst we have learnt both the easy and the hard way and had to make decisions about what we thought was the best when managing a villa when you are over 4,000 miles away, the choice of South Orange Property Services Inc has been the best choice we have made. Throughout this period, both Duane and Debbie have been 100% professional and are dedicated towards ensuring our villa is looked after.

Nothing is too much trouble and as first time buyers in Florida, we have always been provided with help and support over and above what is expected.
