We have now owed our home in Florida for 6 months and shortly after buying wondered what on earth we had done. The buying bit was easy, the protocol afterwards was mind blowing, especially being so far away in the UK.
Duane and Debbie were recommended to us by another owner and I'm not sure what I would have done without them - Debs you have the patience of a saint I must have been the most needy customer you have ever taken on!
From explaining the licensing requirements to advice on marketing our villa you have been wonderful, I honestly do not know how I would have done it without you.
You have always insisted that this is a business partnership and I love your saying that if we are successful then you are successful, however, we have come to know you as friends as well as business partners and I truly value you both, more than you will ever know.
Thanks you your help and advice we have a bumper 2009 ahead with bookings already in place for 2010, feedback from guests has never been less than 10/10 and many guests have added additional compliments on our home and your service.
