After driving up to your home and admiring the well kept lawn, upon entering your property it is essential that your home is presented in a welcoming fashion and exceptionally clean.

Our house keeping staff are absolutely first class. They do a fantastic job of ensuring the house is cleaned to the highest standards. As we employ cleaners rather that use an external company, they know the homes we manage as well as we do, ensuring that standards are maintained and inventory managed.

We comply with the requirements of the Department of Business and Professional regulation and their licensing requirements and our cleaning team are constantly assessing homes to ensure they meet them.  We issue a check out report after each clean, identifying areas of concern.

We endeavor to have our cleaning team visit the house on the day after guests leave with the exception of same day change over’s. However, it may be a couple of weeks before the next guests arrive, therefore, in preparation for your guests we visit the property on the day of arrival and check out the house to ensure everything is ready for them - no bugs in the bath!!!

We also put lights on both inside and outside the house as we are never quite sure what time people will get there. A delay to their flight or simply taking the wrong turning from the airport may mean that it is dark when they arrive. How frustrating to be fumbling about in the dark trying to get the key in the door and then trying to find light switches and alarm panels. How, easy this is all made by simply turning on a few lights.

Our cleaning schedule includes but is not exclusive to:

• Change and wash all bed linens and towels
• Clean each bathroom including fixtures, tile, mirror and floors
• Supply hand soap in each bathroom and a sanitized notification on all toilets
• Remove and dispose of all food from the refrigerator
• Clean the refrigerator
• Clean ice maker, disposing of old ice
• Unplug and clean all small appliances
• Clean the stove top and self clean the oven where available
• Arrange the kitchen cupboards neatly
• Clean and sanitize the sink
• Clean and sanitize the countertops
• Dust and polish furniture
• Vacuum throughout

Annual deep cleans are recommended once a year and can be arranged – price on request.
