November 2007

We have owned our home in Florida for 3 years, when it came to guests telling us on their return from their dream holiday that the house was dirty and lacked basic items such as towels, we realized that we needed to change management companies - South Orange Property Services was recommended to us by a friend.

We live in the UK but met Duane and Debbie when in Florida: they immediately inspired confidence. They arranged for a whole host of repairs that were required as a result of our previous inattentive property managers and they completed a thorough clean that was well overdue.

We have now been with them for a year and we would never look back - our guests rate the house 10/10, and we are now enjoying bookings from returning guests for the first time ever!
